General Finish Care
Finish Type:

Avoid using abrasive cleaners, abrasive sponges, and harsh chemicals. Wipe surfaces dry to prevent hard-water build-up.
Standard Finish Care
Finish Type:
- Polished Chrome - PC
Our standard, chrome plated finish is used in many industries, from automotive to plumbing. It is a very durable, tarnish resistant finish. Should product show signs of tarnishing, metal polish like Simichrome® will restore the original luster.
Enduro™ PVD Finish Care
Finish Type:
- Graphite -GRP
- Mocha Bronze -MOB
- Polished Brass -PVD
- Polished Nickel -PN
- Satin Gold -LSG
- Satin Nickel PVD -SS

PVD finishes are the most durable finishes we know of. "PVD" stands for Physical Vapor Deposition.
Even so, it's best to avoid all cleaning products that may contain hydrochloric, hydrofluoric, or phosphoric acid and/or caustic agents; avoid bleach! Also, it's best to avoid scouring pads like Scotch Brite® and steel wool scrubbing products like S.O.S.® soap pads.
PVD coatings are applied in a vacuum chamber via a process of vaporizing a solid metal into a plasma state of atoms or molecules that are subsequently deposited as a high performance coating on to the surface of the product being coated. Natural Finish Care

Natural finishes are subject to the natural oxidation of the base metal.
Oil rubbed bronze will develop a patina over time and may be waxed with a good quality paste wax.
Satin nickel is generally tarnish resistant and may be polished with a mild metal polish like Simichrome®.
Unfinished brass will develop a rich patina over time if not polished regularly and is generally not recommended. Unfinished brass carries no finish warranty.
Artisan Finish Care

Our Artisan finishes are finished by hand. These finishes are protected with a clear powder coating finish designed to allow the underlying color to show through and provide a layer of protection. They are sensitive to corrosion.
Abrasives and harsh chemicals can damage the finish and expose the underlying fitting to tarnish and corrosion. Avoid all abrasives and chemicals. Be careful, too, to avoid striking any product edges as powder coatings are more susceptible to chipping.
